Master of Industrial Business Management A partnership between Euromed-Toulon Graduate School of Business and Technology and Ho Chi Minh City Open University HCMCOU

Objectives

Module Title: The course enables students who already have a degree in technology to become future managers with a wide range of skills. The programme has been specifically designed to enhance the skills portfolio of Vietnamese graduates with a technical background and to provide Engineers, IT & High Tech students with a significant advantage in the highly competitive environment of international business. The programme is also suitable for graduates looking to pursue business-related routes in other technology-based industries such as project management, production, manufacturing, or those wishing to extend their current engineering knowledge to a different managerial or business discipline. Companies are confronted with multiple transformations, related to globalisation and acceleration of the business environment. Therefore, they need leaders and managers able to manage a project in all its dimensions.

This course is designed to achieve the following learning objectives:

• To acquire core learning strategies and study skills relevant to manage a project including managerial, financial, marketing and technical aspects.

• To acquire international management capacities that can be adapted to all multicultural and multi-task situations. The learning environment will be interactive and participative. All students will be expected to become actively involved in the learning activities. There will be a mix of teaching methods including: case studies, small group work, projects, simulations and practical activities. Practical information

Admission:

• Recognized degree with 4 or 5 years of higher education.

• At least 2 years professional experience for candidates with an engineering academic background, 4 years professional experience for candidates with another academic background.

• Proficiency in English (TOEFL 500 or equivalent)

• December, 2011: Graduation Day Tuition fees Fee: 5300 US$ Catering services: 100 US$ Virtual Campus (access to Euromed management data base): 333 € Course organization and grading:

• Courses are delivered in the evening (6 to 9 PM), except Saturday (2 to 5 PM) • Each course is divided into 6 sessions
